Automation can remove routine work before a novice has used that work to learn judgment. The review packet asks which failures are being removed, which corrections remain visible, and how a beginner still develops the ability to detect bad outputs.
Apprenticeship Route
Enterprise AI, coding assistants, support automation, and internal copilots can increase output while narrowing the path through which new workers see errors, receive feedback, and build calibrated judgment. The route must be named before the training layer disappears.
Review
The technical question is not whether a model can complete the task. The question is whether the organization preserves a reviewable apprenticeship route: mentor signal, evaluation record, safe failure access, and a boundary update when the route is degraded.
